This is the clear sealant I use for metal HVAC pipes and skylights. Both of these sealants can be used under any temperature conditions and they adhere better when the surface is dry.

Roof Repair PVC Pipe Boot Gasket – Smaller one (1 and 2 inch pipes)

We recommend this PVC pipe boot gasket for a 1-1/2″ pipe or remove along perforation to fit a 2″ PVC pipe. This rubber is durable and easy to work with in all temperatures.

Roof Repair PVC Pipe Boot Gasket – larger one (3 and 4 inch pipes)

This PVC pipe boot gasket fits a 3″ pipe or remove along perforation to fit a 4″ PVC pipe. If you are getting up on your roof to do a repair for one pipe boot, it is advisable to do the others as well.
